If you havn't seen or heard of this DVD then it is a must to watch.

Basically Mark Dugdale comes to Brum UK to train with Dorian Yates and Dorian puts him through his paces, watch how Dorian trains Marks every muscle group.

Its great to watch, funny and very influencing.

one of the best dvd's, there are only 2 better. Unbeliveable by Ronnie and Blood and guts by Dorian

Yeah I do get round a bit!! Well spotted, what they didn't show you on the Back to Basics DVD was me puking up in the toilets after training legs with Dennis after a 12 hour flight with no sleep and little food!! All good fun though!
