I'm currently dieting to lose weight. Currently 19st from 19st 12.

Started going to the gym 3 or 4 x  a week, generally doing;

10 mins on bike
Weights
10 mins on bike cool down

so about 50 mins a session.

I've had to change my diet quite substantially and currently a typical day would have been 2 meals a day and one of them consisting of choc/crisps at lunch to large dinner at night.

Now....I'm staggering food and grazing more. Typical day would be;

Breakfast - 3 large eggs scrambled/2 slices dry toast
Mid Morning - Apple and Promax Diet Shake
Lunch - Chicken breast grilled and wholemeal bun
Mid Afternoon - Promax Diet Shake
Evening - 300g Steak Wholemeal Pasta
Late evening - Muller Lite Yogurt

on days I train I have some fruit punch creatine mix before and after training and sometimes a maximuscle maxi milk shake.

every day I have 6 x CLA and 3 Thermobol.

My question is what should I be looking at changing or adding and why?
