Hi guys, 1st show in 15 weeks and below is my proposed diet/training. Any criticism appreciated...

Upon Waking – 10g glutamine / caffeine then 30-40 mins steady cardio – 5 x weekly

8.00 AM
•   50g oats with water (add 1 scoop whey to water for taste)
•   6 eggs (2 whole/4 whites) scrambled
•   2 x wholemeal toast
•   Coffee with milk
•   Aminos / multivitamin / 2 tbls udos oil

(if i cannot manage 6 eggs, replace for 2 scoops of whey in water)

11.00 AM
•   1.5 chicken breast
•   35g brown rice
•   50g of broccoli OR 50g of green beans
•   Water OR sugar free squash
2.00 PM
•   Salmon / cod / tuna
•   35g brown rice
•   50g broccoli OR 50g of green beans
•   Water OR sugar free squash

5.00 PM -  PRE/WORKOUT
•   2 scoops of whey in water with 10g glutamine
•   6000 aminos

POST/WORKOUT
•   2 scoops whey in water

8.00 PM
•   6 egg white omelette (add peppers for roughage) OR 1.5 chicken breast
•    2 heaped tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese

11.00 PM
•   1 scoop of casein powder in water


Current stats – age 24 / height 5’8’’ / weight 230lbs /
Weight training at a 4 day split (mon,tues,thurs,fri) CV mon-fri AM.
