Hi James,

Just thought I would put Temple Gym/Birmingham in your Directory.

Just for those of you that don't know, I have taken over fully from Dorian as he is concentrating on his supplement company as he is expanding into the states this year.

Temple gym was the base where 6 time Mr Olympia Dorian Yates trained for all his contests and where the famous "Blood and Guts" video was filmed and the more recent "A week in the Dungeon" starring Mark Dugdale and Dorian himself.

The gym provides over 30 pieces of hardcore bodybuilding machines including Hammer Strength, Nautilus and Forza all handpicked by Dorian himself for his Olympia preperations. Also 220lb dumbells which you don't see in many gyms these days!!

Don't expect to see anything fancy down there, the gym feels totally isolated from the rest of the world so you never have a bad workout, it is truly blood and guts  .

Over the years, we have had many top level  bodybuilders visit Temple Gym including Chris Cormier, Dennis James, Ernie Taylor, Flex Wheeler, Mark Dugdale and also we have some of our own boys visit the gym from time to time, Zack Khan, Lee Powell, Flex Lewis,Troy Brown and of course yourself last November.

If you are ever passing by please drop in for a workout.

Opening times are:

Mon - Fri  8am - 9pm

Sat - Sun 10am - 3pm

Telephone No 0121 643 7964

All the best  for the British mate, I'll see you on stage!!!!

Simon Fan  Smiley

This place is on my list of places to visit soon.  Bit of a busmans holiday.  If you are ever in Manchester Simon, pop over & see us at Evolution.

What is the best gym in Gibson County?  Why are they the best?  What do you look for in a gym?  What would you like to see added to the current gyms?

We can only stay in business if we meet or exceed customer expectations.

And remember, if you havent been in Princeton Fitness in the last few months, you will be surprised what the new owners have done
